Without a prior written permission of Davay Communications, s. r. o. (thereinafter as 'Copyright owner'), the owner of the copyright at Project Austerlitz 2005 events it is:
- forbidden to transmit a live footage and/or a commentary or intermediate its transmission, to use any method of producing pictures and a reproduction of a course of events including the internet and mobile phones
- permitted to photograph and producing audiovisual records for personal use only. A public presentation of such records including the internet is liable to a written permission by the Copyright owner though
- any audiovisual records produced in the premises of Project Austerlitz 2005 events must not be used for commercial purposes without a prior permission of the Copyright owner. Unauthorized use, transmission, narration or reproduction of Project Austerlitz 2005 logos and/or registered marks is strictly forbidden.
- in the premises of Project Austerlitz 2005 events it is forbidden to be engaged in any marketing and/or commercial activities
